I've heard it argued that "you shall not suffer a witch to live" was possibly the most dangerous commandment (of which there are way more than ten). Now we can add to its many problems that it stops people enjoying Harry Potter.
Personally, I think it is "thou shalt not covet...etc" because it creates the possibility of thought crime.
