If a new president is elected Nov. 6, he won’t be officially and publicly sworn in until Jan. 21, 2013 – which happens to be Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a federal holiday.
That’s the determination of the Presidential Inaugural Conference, because Jan. 20 falls on a Sunday in 2013....
But will civility rule on Jan. 21?
Protests are already being planned....
Meanwhile, the social media have been abuzz with threats by Obama supporters to riot if Romney wins....
Not content with threats to riot if Romney wins in November, some Obama supporters have announced on Twitter they intend to vandalize and burn down the White House if the GOP candidate is victorious, Twitchy reports.

And if they do, they shall be arrested, charged and imprisoned for criminal behavior while the rest of America prepares for a new President to be sworn in.
Granted I'd more expect that behavior from conservative Republican diehards. But who's to say? Politics is a hell of a drug.

Just because someone makes idle threats on the internet doesn't mean they'll actually follow through on it. If that were the case, we'd be overrun with people executing gays, blacks, Supreme Court justices, etc.
The thing is, though, when an Obama supporter threatens to riot if Romney wins, it gets picked up by Fox News and reported that massive numbers of Obama supporters are threatening to riot.

Gosh, no one has EVER postponed a public event due to the regular date falling on a Sunday. It's a plot! A plot I tell you!

If Obama doesn't win, it will most likely be because Republicans in various states have boogered up the election process, illegally invalidating legally cast votes, or preventing people from voting at all. I'd say it's up to the disenfranchised in each state how to deal with the problem.
Personally, I think we need to have the Swiss come in and run the whole election process. We need to stop demanding an answer as to who won within a day. Count EVERY vote before calling it.

"Not content with threats to riot if Romney wins in November, some Obama supporters have announced on Twitter they intend to vandalize and burn down the White House if the GOP candidate is victorious, Twitchy reports."
Some Romney supporters have declared their intention to go shoot any "niggers" they can find because the "Coon in Chief" has been booted out and they can do what they like to the dirty blacks...
Why is it that WND isn't reporting on that?

I don't think "abuzz" means what you think it means.

I laughed hard at the twitter posts they gave as "evidence":
•Jae Taylor @JaeRawww: If Obama don’t win lets start a riot so Romney know what he’s getting himself into
•SCORE @SCOREdkoi: Ima start a riot I’ma start riot RT @CuzinSkeetOnHer: If Romney wins im goin on a rampage
•Libby @__Anait__: If Romney becomes president let’s all start a riot
•king loyalty @coreylb1986: I Heard Mitt Romney , Tryna Take Away Food Stamps , If He Do .”IMA START A RIOT , IMA START A RIOT”
Yep, seems legit.

I think you're lying about the tweets, unless it was some people saing they're riot if the GOP stole another election, which they clearly tried to do.
People who actually HAVE suggested or threatened that there would be riots and/or violence if Obama won, though, include Donald Trump, Ted Nugent and Glenn Beck, among others.
