I watched the US election too; up to 6AM (I had a day off, so it didn't matter my going to bed that late) via the BBC (and their Radio 5 coverage had some breaking news before the TV). Not taking into account the delays from certain states' results, it was a night to savour. And not just the joy displayed by those by the Democrat supporters...:
