Let me explain something to you. The US Constitution doesn't give a shit about who built the country, but freedoms are guaranteed for ALL. That includes those liberal gays, atheists, and "rag heads." It guarantees rights even those aliens who entered our country illegally.

If this fact ever managed to penetrate Watson's thick skull, I'm sure his head would eventually explode.

In this country, we have the freedom to worship any religion we want, or none at all. Abortion is legal in all 50 states. A black man is president. The country is slowly becoming more liberal. If you don't like this, YOU can move to another country.

Founded by Christains, but also deists, agnostics and atheists. Because of the culture of their times, we can't know if some of them weren't closeted gays.

Uh, no. It was built by a bunch of very non-Christian liberal men and a few non-fundie Christians. The conservatives back then were the Loyalists who wanted to stay part of the British Empire.

And the Sultan of Morocco (one of those "rag heads") was the very first ruler to recognize the US as an independent government. The US still has strong diplomatic ties to the country.

- Does that include the Anglicans, the Unitarians, the Catholics and all the other members of denominations that your lot doesn't consider "true" Christians?

Does that include the Baptists and Congregationalists who successfully argued for the USA to be a truly secular state, in accordance with their denomination's teachings?

Is all of this this news to you? If so, maybe you shouldn't go around calling other people "mentally disabled."

Tearing down freedoms, eh? Yeah, they're just destroying freedoms all over the place; removing the freedom to marry people of the opposite sex but not the same; the freedom to practice Baptist fundie Christianity but no other religions; the freedom to carry children conceived of rape or incest to term regardless of your own health; the freedom to hide your sexuality so you can keep a job; the freedom to learn bronze age mythology instead of science in schools.

It seems you think they've already torn down the freedoms to peacefully assemble and petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

It appears you're mistaken though, so luckily they can stay and keep tearing down those "freedoms" you love.
