Express your hatred, shame, and outright disgust with anyone you know who voted Democrat. However, for me, I'm choosing another rather unique path; a personal boycott, if you will. Starting early this morning, I am going to un-friend every single individual on Facebook who voted for Obama, or I even suspect may have Democrat leanings. I will do the same in person. All family and friends, even close family and friends, who I know to be Democrats are hereby dead to me. I vow never to speak to them again for the rest of my life, or have any communications with them. They are in short, the enemies of liberty. They deserve nothing less than hatred and utter contempt
I strongly urge all other libertarians to do the same. Are you married
to someone who voted for Obama, have a girlfriend who voted 'O'.
Divorce them. Break up with them without haste. Vow not to attend
family functions, Thanksgiving dinner or Christmas for example, if there
will be any family members in attendance who are Democrats.
Do you work for someone who voted for Obama? Quit your job. Co-workers
who voted for Obama. Simply don't talk to them in the workplace, unless
your boss instructs you too for work-related only purposes. Have
clients who voted Democrat? Call them up this morning and tell them to
take their business elsewhere's.
Have a neighbor who votes for Obama? You could take a crap on their lawn. Then again, probably not a good idea since it would be technically illegal to do this. But you could have your dog take care of business. Not your fault if he just happens to choose that particular spot.
And start your boycott of your Democrat friends and family today. Like this morning. First thing you can do, very easy, is to un-friend all Democrats from your Facebook account.

Go ahead. You won't be missed.

Yes, the world is scary - better get deeper in that echo chamber! Go ahead and withdraw from the world, the world will thank you.
11/29/2012 3:47:44 PM
Still sore over the election? Take in out on your friends and family by being a passive-aggressive fucknut!
11/29/2012 3:47:47 PM
See, this would suggest that there are people in your life who would care if you "boycotted" them. By your attitude, I severely doubt that's the case.
11/29/2012 3:52:40 PM
You seem to be confused. You're not a libertarian, you're just a nutcase.
11/29/2012 3:54:15 PM
@filin de blanc
Which also doesn't make sense as a libertarian position either. My boyfriend believes that communities should be in charge of supporting disadvantaged members, not government. But he cares about people as much as i do. We just disagree on how best to support the poor.
11/29/2012 5:15:47 PM
Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face.
The good news is, I don't have a Facebook account so I don't have to listen to your whinning.
11/29/2012 5:24:10 PM
I vow never to speak to them again for the rest of my life
Yeah, sure. That's gonna last all of five minutes. Nice vow there pal.
Now you're stuck up shit creek and are going to look very silly tomorrow when you trash your life long vow.
Thank you for proving that stupidity grows on trees.

Ah; saw this before it was uploaded here. Was wondering when someone would do so. My thoughts on it, though? Let's hope he oversteps his boundaries and ends up spitting in someone's face or refuses to sell to someone who thereafter sues for political discrimination. Then he'll get his righteous little ass whooped.
11/29/2012 6:55:11 PM
Oh, you silly goy
>Implying you have friends

Yes, unfriending people on FaceBook is how I express my political leanings, too. It's easier than reading a ballot!
11/29/2012 7:11:21 PM
Democracy at it's finest.

"Childish" is the word. Impulsively immature at that.
11/29/2012 7:51:08 PM
So you're basically going to communicate only with people who share your already-decided opinions? You're the ideal Fox News watcher!

@Mattiedef: I've said the same thing before. No matter how you cut it, even if you cut it in the same way the more insane American libertarians do, liberty can't include restricting social activities that cause no harm, or even only cause harm to the protagonist.
These sorts of libertarians seem to live in a world where freedom is freedom from responsibility and freedom to exploit others. Really, as long as they themselves are free and comfortable, they don't give a shit about liberty.
This guy is a great example. He postures as a "libertarian" all the time, but he thinks Romney is a libertarian too. So, a moderate-right social conservative with extreme-right economic views is a libertarian, but a moderate social liberal with moderate-right economic views isn't.
As an anarchist, I agree philosophically that the government shouldn't control social welfare, that tax is theft, that the government is involved in all sorts of activities that are none of its business. But these idiots suggest tearing it all down with nothing to replace it and expect their society wouldn't just collapse into anomie. And they think the freedoms most fundamental of all - to control your own body, own love life, and so on - are secondary to property rights and laissez-faire capitalism. In short, they would prefer Pinochet to Obama. Some definition of freedom.

Is 'dondero' a spanish work for jackass?
11/29/2012 9:27:41 PM
"Boy, everyone is stupid except me."
11/29/2012 9:29:32 PM
Well, at least he's consistent in one aspect: most forms of libertarian/anarchist government would only truly function according to their philosophy if there is no political dissent.
11/29/2012 10:06:13 PM
If your friends hide your idiotic rants like most of my friends do to their Republican family and friends so they don't have to see the stupid remarks every day, they probably won't even notice.
11/30/2012 12:36:56 AM
Butthurt conservatives are trying to pass as libertarians going Galt? Pass the popcorn!
11/30/2012 12:54:31 AM
See, this is why anyone who claims to be "libertarian" immediately sets me on edge. Usually, they're hard-core conservatives who don't want to call themselves such. Next are the people who think "libertarian" means "unrestrained capitalism, no welfare at all," after that the moderately-conservative on all counts people, then last but not least actual libertarians, who I agree with on many issues but for entirely different reasons.
11/30/2012 1:18:57 AM
"Then again, probably not a good idea since it would be technically illegal to do this."
It isn't "technically illegal", it is illegal dipshit.
Now can I please be your friend so that you can unfriend me immediately. I would get such a kick out of knowing you would never be in my life again. As I am sure many others will.
11/30/2012 4:38:31 AM
It is a miracle that this guy actually HAS any friends at all. Who wants to befriend with such moron? But if he has few, I am sure that none of them even notices him unfriending them.
Democrat - someone who is safe from the nonense of Eric Dondero.

The thing is, Dondero also claims he is poor, and that it's not the poor he hates but people on welfare. However, he also hates taxes...yet he was hoping for a victory of the guy who wants to raise taxes on the poor, a group which, according to Eric Dondero, includes Eric Dondero. You can't explain that!
