Maybe that's what they're reporting because, oh, maybe, THAT'S WHAT IS GOING ON?
Conservatives/Republicans/Christians lately have been doing a wonderful job of making a bad name for themselves all on their own; the media just put it on display. Lately, I haven't seen anything about atheists in the news at all; and I don't know about you, but though the radical right has been much nuttier and more newsworthy about it, I've seen a few liberals and Democrats who've made proper fools of themselves, too. The so-called \"Atheistic liberal news media\" don't cut them any slack, either.
Do something (as a conservative Republican Christian) that is newsworthy and truly good, and maybe you can start to reverse this trend. Otherwise, don't blame the news media for doing their job.

Don't you see? All television is atheist according to fundies (at least, anything that isn't Touched By An Angel or The 700 Club). Desperate Housewives, Las Vegas, the Victoria's Secret Fashion show- all examples of how the liberal media is forcing pornography down our throats. I read three newspapers on the Internet each day. One right-wing, one left-wing and one in the middle. Of course, all of them would probably be perceived as leftist propaganda by Clirus.
There is very little about Christians (and atheists) in the news over here. Religion (or lack thereof) is expected to be a personal thing, something private. If you feel the need to flaunt it, you probably have some ulterior motives.
