Where is the Roosevelt Dysntaty when you need them? I'd enjoy another Roosevelt president if he was 3/4s as good as Theodore or FDR. Give me some of that 'dark reign.'

You are out of your fucking mind. There was a guy introducing an amendment to repeal the 22nd during Bush's terms as well. It's a pro forma thing that happens reliably in almost every Congress.
