If you asked a scientist if he could prove -anything-, he would say \"no\". In science you cannot say \"and the results were this, so that proves...\" because nothing is proven. Things are either supported, or not supported. If after much, much research there is overwhelming support and little or no evidence against, it is accepted as fact - but is at no time proven.
