Quote# 90922

So in a thread here in The Political Madness page I had someone question my right to be an American since I am a sovereign citizen. He for some reason thinks that I am denied my American Pride when I became a Sovereign Citizen. When in fact I believe I have embraced it. I have shut out public civil and government authority and embraced The Constitution and my Amendment Rights in a way I never could have done as an American Citizen. Yet I believe vice versa. I believe that I would not have the freedoms I have today had I not denounced my American citizenship. I believe that according to the constitution and Amendment rights that I am more American now that ever before.

You decide. I no longer live by public local state or government laws. But English Common Law.

The American way is believing in The Constitution, you Amendment rights, hope peace and happiness. You can believe in something with out it actually working. Well since I became a Sovereign Citizen these documents finally work for me.

So what does being a Sovereign Citizen actually entail...

I do not pay any taxes what so ever since I am a sovereign citizen.

But that does not mean I does not have American pride. It just means that I protect myself from the corrupt American Government the best I can.

I protect myself from The bankers stealing my money.

It means I dont have to pay traffic tickets or be documented as a cocky mamy bull# licensed driver.

It means that you cant sue me, the government cant sue me.

It means that THE BANKERS AND TPTB HAVE PAYED OFF MY DEBTS by means of debt bonds.

It means that I can walk into any bank I want and ask for these bonds and refusal means that that bank would have do deal with stacks of paperwork and the American court system.

It means that no one man or court can decide my fate.

It also means that I am part of an "extremist anti-government group" according to the FBI. Which I am perfectly happy with as long as I AM A FREE MAN.

It means that I can smoke my mary jane and big brother cant do # about it.

It means that I can grow my mary jane and big brother cant do # about it.

It means that I have disconnected myself from the public civil government and bull# reaches of the TPTB.

It means although I still pay, that I dont have to pay my mortgage and no body can do # about it.

And I am surprised that all ATS members have not done this.

It means that I truly I have my civil liberties I have my civil rights given to me by my birth as a human not as an American.

IT MEANS THAT I AM A REAL AMERICAN AND HAVE THE RIGHTS OF LIFE AND LIBERTY FREEDOM HAPPINESS AND THE TRUE AMERICAN WAY AS IT IS DESCRIBED IN THE CONSTITUTION AND THE AMERICAN AMENDMENT RIGHTS THAT WERE GIVEN TO ME AS A BIRTH RIGHT. Even if I am no longer an American citizen I am more free than probably everyone on this damn site.

iT MEANS THAT YOU DONT AND THAT YOU ARE NO AMERICAN CITIZEN BUT RATHER AND AMERICAN CAPTIVE.

Nuff said... DONE.

Get a lawer

get a loan to pay that lawer

Then become a sovereign citizen

Become an independent

Be free of the corrupt American government.

Be prosperous happy and truly embrace The Constitution and Amendment rights by reject the American Government out of your life.

Ha, thanks for mentioning the comments. Even the conspiracy nuts are calling him out.

Check out one of his replies in the comments:

How can you disagree with me. By doing so you agree with the governmental influence on people. Is that not what we here on ATS are trying to stop. Sovereign citizenship separates the corrupt governmental hand that governs society. Allowing a person to truly live freely and still let the government get the important things that need to be done done. I am all for government. Just not the fascist socalist government that is going on now. If everyone in America would become sovereign citizens the Governement would have no choice but to defect back to the democracy and diplomacy on which this country was built on. They would not have the money to start fictitious wars. The Bankers and FED would not have to money to be sole owners of power in the world and we would finally have a prosperous economy and a peacful world. By going against sovereign citizen ship you are agreeing to the let the saying "so dark the con of man continue."

Facist socialist government indeed!

This guy is trying to have his cake and eat it. He wants all the benefits of living in a society with out any of the responsibilities.
It reminds me of the "Why I hate religion but love Jesus" guy.
Guess what? Jesus IS religion. The Constitution and its Amendments ARE the government. They are part of the government.
It's a constitution for a republic, a RES PUBLICA, a public thing. That is, a collective thing.
Meanwhile, you live in that society and use its resources and infrastructure that has been paid for in tax and consume food, clothes and shelter that have been made by groups of people, not individuals, unless you live in a cabin in the woods that you made yourself, which I doubt.
Individualism can only happen in the context of society.

The whole Sovereign Citizen movement is a collective exercise in Insane Troll Logic.

Did you know that a courtroom has not legal authority if the American flag hanging within it has a golden fringe around it?

Did you know that your name on a legal contract is meaningless unless every letter of your name is in capital letters?

Did you know that Washington DC has no jurisdiction over the rest of the United States because the Beltway around Washington is shaped like Satan's head?

These claims have all been made by various Sovereign Citizens. Believe it or not.

Doubting Thomas

I have shut out public civil and government authority and embraced The Constitution

OK, how exactly do you do that when the Constitution spells out how the government has authority over you?

I had to LOL at the idea of "I pay my mortgage even though I don't have to." Yeah right. When's the last time a sovereign citizen ever paid for anything they thought they didn't have to? He knows he'll lose his house if he doesn't pay.

Sovereign citizens' legal arguments are like cheap made-in-China tools at the dollar store. They look good at first, but when you try to actually use them they fall apart.

Okay, first of all, learn to spell "lawyer."

Next, go to a store and not pay sales tax on anything. Do it. I want to see you do it.

Get to that store without using any public roads, by the way.

Also do it without a license to drive.

And finally the IRS aren't going to think this is as funny as you do.

If you declare yourself a Sovereign Citizen, you will receive free housing and meals, guaranteed.

In prison.

I love this "Sovereign Citizen" stuff.

It shows such an abysmal lack of knowledge how the law, courts, a republic, democracy, society and life in general works, that it is already funny again!

To see an adult write in all earnestness that a bank is regarded as a ship because they display an American flag with a golden fringe, you cannot make shit like that up!

Here in Germany I read about some loons saying that there was no official government after the end of WWII, but the courts shot that down pretty fast and I don’t think there were ever more than a handful of people believing it.

Are there similar conspiracy theories in other countries?

Kuno, the depths of human stupidity and wackitude are such that there are, indeed similar loonies everywhere. Here's a list of such failures:

I bet we can find, somewhere in Germany, someone who still swears allegiance to the Kaiser.

1) Your "soverign citizen" bullshit has no legal status whatsoever.
2) English Common Law is something I actually trained in. It doesn't mean what you think it does.
3) If you don't pay taxes, you will be (rightly) locked up.
4) Yes, becoming a "soverign citizen" DOES mean you can't call yourself an American.

11/27/2012 5:16:00 AM

Ahad Ha-am

HAH. Sorry to burst your bubble, "reptilian", but the US government takes you about as seriously as I do. Which is to say: not at all.

Seriously, the first hit on Google for "sovereign citizen" (Wikipedia) demonstrates that the penalty for claiming sovereign citizenship on your tax return (as a a reason for non-payment of taxes) will get you slapped with a $5000 penalty.

So I guess "facts" here means "whatever I want to believe".

11/27/2012 8:57:27 AM

Don't think you can be immune from the law. What matters is that you are still living under American jurisdiction.

11/29/2012 9:03:09 PM

If you believe yourself to be subject to the law of this Sceptred Isle, I suggest you probably owe us some money, reptiliannogmar.

But even were that the case, if you're in America, you are subject to American laws. If I went on holiday to America and slept with a 17 year old, perfectly legal here (if a little creepy, at my age), for instance, I would expect to be arrested and banged up. "But it's fine in the UK" is not a valid excuse. You follow the laws of whichever country you are in.
