Quote# 91302

Can a teacher refuse to teach lies and ungodly things? Can a child bring a bible to school? Can parents not allow their brainwashed daughter to not kill her child? Can one preach what the bible says on marriage publicly, and take measure to keep the gleefully perverted from their ranks?

The believers are forced more and more into hiding and secrecy like the catacombs of Rome. I would be surprised if the next several years were not marked by growing real persecution, evil oppressive laws, open blasphemy, and such inevitable results of advanced decay. Good news for believers!!! Very good news. People get ready, there's a train a comin.....and to hell with the US and it's leadership.

open blasphemy

Wow, open blasphemy, right down on Main St. USA.

Just imagine. Open blasphemy, none of that secret stuff. Blasphemy, right out in the open.

Heavens!

Ok, I'll start: Jesus wasn't God.

There, I said it. Open blasphemy.

Get ready, there's a train a comin ...

Can a teacher refuse to teach lies and ungodly things?
Nope. The curriculum is standardized. Deal with it. Oh, and if someone came in and taught your precious that the world was the corpse of a giant, and the first man and woman were carved from trees, you'd have a shit hemmorhage, whouldn't you? Tit for tat.

Can a child bring a bible to school?
Most certainly can. Can he make the playground into his pulpit? Nope.

Can parents not allow their brainwashed daughter to not kill her child?
So a girl has to shut her life down becasue she made a mistake behind the bleachers? Or got raped? Or her cndom broke? Funny how only the woman ever needs to live up to her mistake. The man never faces the same stigma.

Can one preach what the bible says on marriage publicly...
Go crazy. You're just not allowed to try and force us to agree. See al we're doing is asking the law to recognize our reationships. You're asking the law t force us to adhere to your personal morality. See the difference?

...and take measure to keep the gleefully perverted from their ranks?
So...you have the right to exist without having to acknowledge that people who are different from you exist around yu? Yet I do not? But *WE'RE* the ones asking for special rights, I thought...interesting.

Ah yes, just like back in Roman times when Christians were the largest and most powerful religion with representatives at all levels of society and business. Who had their attempts to squash the people they disagreed with out of existence cruelly halted by evil laws that gave them blasphemous rights like 'human dignity' and 'the pursuit of happiness'

The parallels are obvious

In many states a teacher is required to not teach lies. The question then is whose opinion rules, and that is the state school board.

a child is free to bring a bible to school, take it out, read from it at lunch or other breaks and speak of it to other students if they wish. They can even do prayers.

Legal age for abortion or other medical issues vary between states. A parent has no say if they are above that age.
Gleefully perverted ? An organization can have rules banning sets of people from joining. Wether that can be challanged in court depends. Consuklt a lawyer or the ACLU.

Oh boy, more persecution complex, ladies and gentlemen. Just because you're largely the majority but there is a significant minority that also believes other things and doesn't want to be forced to adhere to your worldview doesn't mean that there's a war on Christians. This is why people laugh at religious fundamentalists like you. Not because of what you believe, but because you constantly try to force your belief on the rest of the populace, and when you don't get your way, you actually have the balls to cry persecution despite being the majority.

Also open blasphemy? You don't like that people can openly criticize your religion? FIRST AMENDMENT MOTHERFUCKER DEAL WITH IT.

"Can a teacher refuse to teach lies and ungodly things?"
Yes, he might get fired, but yes.

"Can a child bring a bible to school?"
Yes.

"Can parents not allow their brainwashed daughter to not kill her child?"
Weirded out by the double negative there. I know that under German law a parent forcing a "child" to have an abortion is guilty of battery (daughter). As for the reverse anything upwards 14 (under 14 would indicate illegal activity) is a question of the doctors call, 18 is the begin of adulthood which means total legal control over your body. As their are 50 different sets of laws in the United States this question is rather silly.

"Can one preach what the bible says on marriage publicly, and take measure to keep the gleefully perverted from their ranks?"
If not a lot of Republicans will go to prison soon. If "take measure" is to be understood as violent action, then no.

Can parents not allow their brainwashed daughter to not kill her child?

I don't know many parents who want to force their daughter to kill her child, but this is dad's fantasy world, not mine.

"Can a teacher refuse to teach lies..."

Absolutely, but s/he better have some credible evidence to show something s/he is asked to teach and doesn't want to really IS a lie. "I read it in the Bible" is not such credible evidence.

"The believers are forced more and more into hiding and secrecy like the catacombs of Rome."

OK, come on back to reality. Just because you aren't allowed to teach your religion in public schools and you aren't allowede to harass people with your preaching does not mean you're being forced into hiding and secrecy.

P.S. There's no train comin'. That train derailed long ago.

Yes. In fact, teaching lies is generally prohibited. There have been trials over it and everything. "Ungodly" is a meaningless term, but you can refuse to teach anything if you don't mind being fired and replaced with a competent individual who is actuually willing to do the job.

Yes.

Depends on jurisdiction and age of said daughter; but generally, a minor cannot get an abortion without parental consent. Once daughter is past the age of majority, parents have no right to control her life in any way. Also, your double negative there is pretty confusing.

Yes: You've been doing that for years now. Don't pretend disagreement is the same as persecution.

Believers are still the ones running the country, troglodyte. All those public forums, speeches, offices, mission statements etc... Not exactly "underground".

There is a change a-comin'... And your ilk are obsolete. Get with the times or out of the way!
