I actually agree with this one. Property = debt. (Well, not always, but most of the time.) However, killing your creditors is not the solution. Renting instead of buying is more like it.

If someone else can't pay their rent, pay for medical care, pay for food, pay for clothing for their children, etc. you guys don't give a fuck and blame them for it, so why aren't you blaming yourself because you can't afford rent instead of whining about it, blaming someone else for it, and trying to get pity?

Given today's low investment returns, it probably is, since your mortgage interest is likely to be more than you could make investing the money elsewhere. This has no effect on what's called "imputed rent income", which if put into the tax law for owner-occupied housing for other than actual rental income would be owed whether you pay your mortgage off or not.

He's referring to a "loophole" in the tax code. Apparently, the federal government does not tax the difference in payment between a mortgage and rent you would pay for a comparable house.
In otherwords, if you rented a house, you might have to pay say $2,000 a month. Because you own the house, you only pay $1,000 a month in mortgage. The government feels (at least according to the article quoted at Moonbattery) that the $1,000 you save from not renting should be counted and taxed as income. The fact that they don't tax it is considered a loophole.
If true (and I have no desire to look it up), I quite agree with his sentiment. It would be ridiculous to charge a person on money they didn't spend.
And, of course, the problem in America is that there are not enough guns, not too many. Don't be stupid. Giving angry fuckwits guns will only lead to the victory of freedom and kittens.
