You are aware, of course, that the already-massive proportion of minority voters that vote Democrat has been increasing further long before Barack Obama entered the picture? Don't you think that MAYBE, JUST MAYBE that has something to do with this offensive bullshit that seems to be on the minds of all Republicans? Well, voters can still hurt the Democratic Party in the 2014 midterm and 2016 Presidential elections, and Obama's performance in his second term will play a big part in deciding how much they do.
No matter how fake you think Obama may be, all these groups you mention are still better off voting for him than that failure Mitt Romney, or McCain before him. If the republicans won't run a candidate that doesn't hurt these population groups' interests, why shouldn't they vote for a less dangerous candidate?

John Kerry won 88% of the black vote when he ran for president in 2004. John Kerry is white.
Conversely, Michael Steele, a black republican, ran against Ben Cardin, a white democrat, in the Maryland senate election in 2006. Michael Steele, who scored 44% statewide, got a whole 25% of the black vote! Cardin got 74%.
African-Americans are the most reliably democratic voting bloc in the country. But it is very much agreement with their politics and disagreement with that of the Republicans, not the race of the candidates, which motivates the vast majority of them on election day.
