RichardT, could you explain to us how you came to the conclusion that is actually isn't all a lie ??
I'd also personally like to know how Christianity being untrue automatically makes everything else untrue. I'm not trying to be mean here honest but you can't just say, 'This wasn't supposed to be an argument against the scoffers' and expect not to have it questioned. It's about presenting a consistent worldview that can always be held up to questioning.

"Because I want it to be true" is not a valid theological argument. Please try again.

And it's impossible you could be wrong, eh? Thousands of scientists got nothing on a cluster of barely literate people in mud huts do they?

a mind far far away
This is an interesting post. He postulates that if YEC isn't true, then christianity isn't true. But most christians don't accept YEC, and have no problems. However, he's pretty close with the 'all religions are false' and 'i'm living at fault'. You are so close, Richard, just take that last step, and you've got it. But, if you're basing your faith on YEC, then you don't have a strong base to begin with. Either give it up, or find more than just a fairy tale to base it on.
