And this is the problem with Rapture-obsessed fundies. They're always assuming that they'll be gone in a few years, so they don't feel any moral compunction about screwing the environment, economy, or population of the world over. They've taken what should be considered a gift from God and justify breaking it because they'll just get another one.

Waiting for the rapture (which is not even in the friggin book and has been made up 2 centuries ago) to solve your problems without the Scripture giving you any date is gambling.
