Since when has marriage in the bible had anything to do with love?

Apart from maybe Jacob having the hots for Rachael, working seven years for Laban (her father) to earn her as his wife, only to be duped and given Leah instead. The solution? Work for Laban for another seven years to get Rachael as a wife ALSO. And God saw that Leah was hated and Rachael loved, so he made Rachael barren while Leah bore 4 sons. YAY

I'm beginning to question the rationality of posting ANYTHING found on Myspace. It's mostly populated with teenagers who don't know what the fuck they're talking about. They're still at that age where they think they know everything. I'm not sure we should be even caring about what they say there because of that. Not that it's my choice what to post here, ha ha.


Oh, and for the record, I realized *I* didn't know everything around age 24. I know a little less every year. Hell, I'm not even sure I know what I just wrote. *chuckle*

Actually, it's rather the opposite. The argument is that marriage should be allowed between two consenting, competent adults regardless of orientation.

If two football buddies want to get married and then go pick up chicks on their honeymoon for foursomes, it's entirely up to them.
