\"Yoked.\" Hahah. Something about this is making me seriously laugh here, and I can't for the life of me figure out what's so funny about it.

And I love how he apologizes for misspelling the correctly spelled word \"lenient.\"

I never quite understood why people don't look up the bloody word instead of writing a whole sentence apologizing for bad spelling.
www.dictionary.com is only one webpage away, you know...

So your friend's girlfriend is a hepatitic mule. I think her religion is the least of her problems.

Frankly, I think the reverse is the case. As a non-believer, I'd hate to be yoked to a fundie. Do the girl a favor and keep away.

Rime
As long as they communicate to each other clearly, respect one another's point of view (although it can be discussed openly), stay exclusive and trust one another, there's no reason it can't work out beautifully.

Tell him to just rape her already and then they'll be married, at which time he can make her be a Xian, lol.
People try to make everything so complicated.

"I am trying to tell him that bible says you should not be "yoked" with an unbeliver"
What if instead of being yoked together, they just got married instead?
1 Corinthians 7:12-14, "If any brother has a wife who is not a believer and she is willing to live with him, he must not divorce her. And if a woman has a husband who is not a believer and he is willing to live with her, she must not divorce him. For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy."
Clear enough for you?

Yoked with an unbeliever doesn't refer to marriage but to ideals. In fact, there is a whole chapter saying that those married to a Christian may have the grace of God.
