I think the key word is binds. So masturbating is okay, but self bondage coupled with masutrbation is out because it combines binding yourself with a sexual nature.

I'm guessing the problem here is a lack of basic grammar skills. Maybe it should be:
\"No! Sexual immorality is anything that binds a sexual nature. Masturbation is a sexual thing to do.\"
Okay, it makes more sense that way, but it still makes very little sense. I did what I could.
