My fear, though, has been put to rest, for we are fortunate enough to have a leader who speaks to God. Not only this, but President Bush is a born again Christian, so he would never abuse his power. Just as God commanded Moses to attack the enemies of Israel and massacre men and boys, He has commanded our President to kill terrorists. It makes sense, then, that our modern day Moses of a President be empowered to spy on us, to read our e-mails, listen to our conversations, and search our homes. In fact, God may have even given the President a special Heavenly device, where he can read our every thought and watch our every move. Just imagine that the next time you decide to sin OR commit terrorist acts against the country.

"President Bush is a born again Christian, so he would never abuse his power."
So starting 2 wars for profit isn't abusing his power then? what the fuck is abusing his power? getting a blowjob of his intern?
Looking at the rest of his site, I'm pretty sure this is a parody site.
Wall Mart Shoppers are Good Christians
Every man that signs up to fight for America's freedom to worship the Lord Jesus Christ is a hero and will, upon death, be praised by God for living such a righteous existence.
Regarding rape in the military...
Women who insist on offending God deserve the leers and gropes, and all should remember such things would never happen if the women were at home serving their men.
scientists seem to have created the first genetically engineered woman in Serena Williams
Either that or he's up with Sherry Shriner for fundie nut job.
*twitch* *twitch* *twitchtwitch* BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA- *head explodes*
Seriously, I think it's a bad sign that I couldn't get past the second sentence without cracking up...
But you know...
"God may have even given the President a special Heavenly device, where he can read our every thought and watch our every move. Just imagine that the next time you decide to sin OR commit terrorist acts against the country."
If I was to write something POEish, I would probably write something just like that.
I must admit that Bush's record has been consistent with receiving commands from God. According to God's own book the creator never had a clear idea of what he was doing. The rule of thumb was, "If it involves a lot of death, it's good."
Looking at Dr. Parnell's profile...
"I was born again in Christ when I was seven years old, during one of my mandatory bible lessons. I was recieving several repeated whippings for questioning my teachings. After that ordeal was over, and the blood was mopped up, I new I was saved. I learned never to question righteous Christian authority again.

That sounds like something from Landover, not David Stewart.
Dubya would never abuse his power? Where the fuck have YOU been? Sending our troops to attack another country when he knew all along that that country had nothing to do with the attack on us? Open your eyes and ears, Nathaniel, and back slowly away from your bible. There's some dangerous shit in there.
"God may have even given the President a special Heavenly device, where he can read our every thought and watch our every move"
SIX! SIXSIX! THE NUMBER OF THE BEAST!
"In fact, God may have even given the President a special Heavenly device, where he can read our every thought and watch our every move."
holy fucking shit, people like you exist.
And funny enough, God rewards his chosen one with one of the worst economy crisis in the last twenty years. He works, indeed, in mysterious ways.
It's not a poe or a joke, It's a blogger freedom of speech, boredom, and no fear of reprisal(because he thinks that he's either nuts or poe)

And if Obama is elected, it'll be OK that he can spy on Nathaniel, read his e-mails, listen to his conversations, and search his home?
"he would never abuse his power"
Sorry, come again?
"he would never abuse his power"
... no, sorry, again, please?
"he would never abuse his power"
I really didn't get you there... again?
"he would never abuse his power"
...
well, I hope and suppose this can only be a piss take, but judging from his blog he's fucking determined to drive the point home...
Dubbua can't read my thoughts, he can barely read his own thoughts.
PS: I realize the above statement implies that the President has thoughts. This may or may not be true.
Setting aside how nuts this is, I have a question. If Bush has these supernatural telepathic powers, why does he need to wiretap? Seems like he would have a more efficient, untraceable way of doing this stuff.
Do you enjoy paying 4 dollars for a gallon of gas?
Are you happy that our dollar is worthless?
Do you like it when the govenrment records your private phone conversations?
Do you still think that Bush is a good president?
However, you conveniently miss one thing in which they don´t look like AT ALL. Moses was the leader of the minority of slaves that were living in Egypt. Bush is not. And that, baby, gives even more possibilities of abusing power. So, for me, Bush is more akin to the pharaoh.
Confused?
