Go for it. As near as I can tell flutes date back about 37,000 years or so. With a possible flute dating to 50,000 years ago. Even with that one you'd still be quite a few millennia shy of your claim.

Show clearly and definitively where the line is between micro-evolution and macro-evolution and why a huge number of small mutations along with environmental pressures couldn't lead to humans, or any other form of life.

As far as I know, the only flutes known to exist 95,000 years ago were skin flutes. Now as to whether or not the stone age woman knew how to play it or not is unknown at the present time.
