how can you people have read the information provided on the answers in genesis website and still proceed in complete darkness? and you dont even know it. i'm shocked that you can continue on in such biased opinion. not only am i upset about this...but at your disrespect tword creationists. its hard for Christians to reach and have influence on anyone in the scientific community because of such biased opinions many others, and you all posses. I'm disgusted with all evolutionist, because they refuse to see the truth, or even look into with an open eye (though i'm sure everyone of you will claim you have) but if you did, you would see the truth. but honest people are slowly departing from the old and limited theory of evolution ( by the way...where are all these links between species? its almost funny at your lack of evidence!) People ARE realizing the truth! i'm 15. but trust me, when i'm older you'll hear of me againfor your sake i hope you convert, because all you "scientists" will be left behind to the revolutionary truth of creationism

[an agnostic fundie?!]

The fact that you are an agnostic (as I am) should not prevent you from believing that Christianity is superior to other religions. Such a position can easily be argued from the facts, for example, that Christianity was deeply involved in the rise of empirical and formal science. There's plenty of research on that. The historian Philippe Nemo has recently argued that some of what we strongly value in the West, such as democracy, is ultimately owed to late Mediaeval Catholicism. Superiority of religion should not of course be confused with superiority of devotees: the best behaved group historically seems to be Jews (compared to Moslems and Christians).
Christianity is of course a universal missionary monotheism. It is because of an enduring yet adapting Christianity that we have any civilisation at all on this planet. Out of all the thousands of religions and cults that have existed, one had to be better than any of the others. Christianity came first by many leagues. If there are evolutionary principles underpinning human society and its competitive religions then the fact of mighty Christianity is the best argument for evolution ever.

The designer of an entire universe would leave no stone unturned. That's why you can see the evidence in the rocks in the first place as the Bible claims. How you interpret that evidence is up to you and not determined by secret Cabals who only wish to destroy man's abilities to control science instead of developing methodoligies that keep man from being led around, by the nose, by science.

Your kind of science is a sledge hammer and in case you're unaware of it occultic in nature.
