You Dog Worshipers.....Why don't you come to grips with reality? You have No excuse for zoo keeping in your homes. To prove how backwards you've become, some of you claim to keep these dogs for protection against harm from enemies and trespassers. It seems you tale security in the protection of a d-o-g above the protection of G-o-d, the Supreme BEING, Whose Proper Name is Allah. And while you think this dog is protecting you, who then, is going to protect you from the dog?

"and while you think this dog is protecting you, who then, is going to protect you from the dog?"
The cat, Supreme Being of the household, whose proper name is Snugglewuggleyummykins.
Reasons I worship my d-o-g over your G-o-d:
1. My dog loves me unconditionally -- he doesn't place rules on my actions
2. My dog would never eternally damn me for something as petty as eating pork
3. At least I have proof my dog is real.
So, I'm pretty comfortable with my dog-worship, thanks.
"Whose Proper Name is Allah."
Gee, and here all this time I thought that "Allah" was the Arabic word for God, and not a proper name at all.
But then, why would an English-speaking Muslim Fundamentalist know anything about the language the Koran was written in, eh?
You Dog Worshipers
Do you personally know anyone who worships a dog? Dog worship services in your local area? "Dogism"? :P No?
You have No excuse for zoo keeping in your homes.
Owning a pet or dog does not equal a zoo.
Whose Proper Name is Allah.
Acually, 'Allah' is the Arabic word for God. God in English, is well... God, and in Spanish, it's Dios, in French Dieu, and so on.
I have four, I live in an area where break-ins and thefts are a problem. Assaults aren't unknown.
They're like exceptionally hairy, overweight roommates who don't pay rent. Their days are, unfortunately, measured in snacks. They watch a lot of TV. They're amazingly gassy. And they've put three prowlers over the back fence in the past year.
So yeah, I'd say I feel pretty safe with them.
Yes, puny mortal, you have found me out, I am a dog worshipper, but not a worshipper of any dog, but that of the dark Jackal God of Death, Anubis! And he will devour your soul! MUAHAHAHAHA!
And while you think this dog is protecting you, who then, is going to protect you from the dog?
Why, Ceiling Cat , of course.
"...some of you claim to keep these dogs for protection against harm from enemies and trespassers."
Does it really say in the epleptic fits of Mohammed the Qu'ran that dogs are evil and should never be used for protection, or is that in the superstitious dogma Hadith?
Or is this just interpretation by narrow-minded fundamentalist learned clerics?
In his defense, I once owned a dog that I swear was the incarnation of Azazel.
But my current dogs would like Mr. Muhammad to fuck off.
I'm more of a cat worshipper, praise be to Bast! I've been known to offer the occasional prayer to Sekhmet too, particularly when I read quotes by fundies who deserve a close encounter with the wrath of the Lady of Slaughter.
Well, dogs protect against hackers better than any god could...
Would you happen to know the protection bonus of a god against hackers on steroids?
Actually, if you can demonstrate that God will come and scare and intruder, well, I will reconsider that. And, for that matter, be consequent and don't have an army, police, alarms..................
The word 'dog' comes from the Old English dogca , while the word 'god' is itself an Old English word which ultimately comes from a proto-Indo-European ghut- ("that which is invoked").
The fact that one is the other spelt backwards in modern English (and need I stress only English?) is what we, in the technical parlance of etymology, call a coincidence .
I really don't get your point.
Yeah, it really makes sense that your god thinks creatures he allegedly created are actually filthy and worthless. That your prophet just happened to despise dogs and love cats is, I'm sure, purely coincidental and in no way distorted his alleged interpretation of your god's message.
Elijah (Poole) Muhammad, pffft! What a douchebag con man. Still running cons for Wally Fard in the afterlife? Where's your magic mother plane from Japan Mr. Poole and how come it hasn't come to destroy the white man yet, you racist twat?
Praise Be To Dog.
Seriously:

Apparently, owning a dog isn't a sin in an of itself; it's just that it was considered unclean to either keep a dog in your house or to use a dish that a dog has licked without cleaning it. In retrospect, that's sound logic; the book was written in the ~8th century; vaccinations obviously hadn't been invented for animals, so it probably would have been a bad idea to keep dogs in the house back then. Unfortunately, just like many other posts on this site, this is a case of not updating your belief systems in the 1300-year timespan that's occured since then.
I have a bull mastif. Weighs in around 220 lbs and when he rises up and puts his paws on my shoulders (I'm 6'4"), he looks me dead in the eyes. He's also as gentle as can be unless your creeping around the house and haven't been formally introduced. I bet my dog can take you and your Allah at the same time.
Akbar All- *chomp* *crunch crunch crunch*
Interesting pic. That would explain why god hates dogs, especially greyhounds, chasing him around a track all the time, those unclean bastards.
Earlier on the same page:
When you find yourself relying on the companionship of dumb animals, is it because your company is disagreeable to beings of higher intelligence? Is it because a dog cannot hear with an understanding ear your ignorance and negative remarks, nor can it feel the sting of your superior attitudes and false pride, and cannot stand in judgment of you?
I wonder if my dog is a being of higher intelligence than Elijah Muhammad. As for ignorance, negative remarks, superior attitudes and false pride, pot meet kettle!
Yeah, I read a book where Muhammad Ali described Elijah as a gentle, misunderstood man. Ali, I love your boxing but you're way off on this one!
WOW after looking into what muslims have said and believe about dogs, I have to say my view of Islam is overall extremely negative now... more negative than Christianity.
Fucktard muslims.
Fuck your lame prophet and your inane book.
Fuck Religion!
My dog is worth more than all of the muslims in the world combined.
The closest blunt object, taht's what.
I thought Muslims were smart, just ultra conservative.
I really can't get my head around the whole "unclean animal" thing, I really can't!
These loonies claim that god made everything. How then can he make something "unclean". Maybe not edible, but UNCLEAN!!
I'd call that blasphemy if I were religious
I have eight dogs. They provide a modicum of deterrence, as well as companionship.
Where their protection isn't sufficient, they would also provide a more than adequate early warning system, enough time for Messrs. Remington and Mossberg to speak on my behalf. My girls have dandy senses, much better than mine. At the very least, it might even be enough time to call the police.
I suspect that they wouldn't much like Elijah here.
Yeah, I feel pretty safe with them. Elijah Muhammad is unworthy to pick their fleas.
I...find myself oddly conflicted. On the one hand, I loath to agree with any fanatic, but on the other, seriously, these things used to fucking HUNT us for food, and now we're making kissy-faces at them in the vain and arrogant hope that hey, maybe we've bred out their taste for human flesh in only a few thousand years.
Or maybe I just have issues with dogs, I dunno.
You Dogma Worshipers.....Why don't you come to grips with reality? You have No excuse for it in your lives. To prove how backwards you've become, some of you claim to keep these dogmas for protection against harm from enemies and evildoers. It seems you tale security in the protection of a d-o-g-m-a above the protection of r-e-a-s-o-n, the supreme truth, which is beyond the need of a proper name. And while you think this dogma is protecting you, who then, is going to protect you from the dogma?
FIXED!
Postscript: One of the more important beliefs of Islam is that Muhammad (the Arab dude, not this jackass) was God's LAST prophet. To many of the right wing fundamentalists, suggesting the continuation of divine prophecy after the Arab Muhammad is essentially a killable offense (yup, they take it that seriously). The so-called "Nation of Islam" is, in fact, a Black-Power movement that borrows some trite Islamic lexicon to make their BS appear more legitimate to their gullible subscribers, and nothing more.
Confused?
