Abortion has been around for well over 2,000 years. It wasn't invented in 1973. Older doctors who trained before Roe v Wade can remember hospital wards filled with patients recovering from botched abortions, and those were the lucky ones.

Absolutely. This is an unbelievably naive attitude. Fear of pregnancy has never been much of a deterrent to sex.
Um... no, see... teenagers have sex. It's what they do. Many will do it whether or not they have a condom. I'm not sure if you've ever been a teenager yourself, but we have incredible sex drives, and that means a lot of us will decide that we need sex as soon as it's available, and to hell with the consequences.

Teens will still have sex. Teens had sex long before abortions were a reasonably safe, medically researched and ethically legislated practice. They will continue to do so regardless of whether or not abortion is legal. The difference is, with abortion rendered illegal, they will instead rely on non-medical methods, endangering their own lives. Abstinence is ineffectual. Sex education, prophylactic methods, disease prevention, and as a last resort, absolute last resort, after all reasonable precautions are taken and failed, abortion.
Hint: Stop fighting birth control, sex ed, and vaccination, you bleeding idiots! Those measures -reduce- abortion!
