I seen it again the other day on the news, that man is 94% the same as Apes. They said man and Apes came from the same ancester because of it.
But does that really make it so?

The other 4% makes a big diferance I would say, but science seems to not take the other 4% into account. IMO

Wow! Your command of the English language makes everything you say about science seem rather silly, since most scientists I know of are extremely intelligent, and possess doctorates that they have worked extremely hard to acquire from prestigious universities. All this, unlike you, that apparently failed elementary English.
The rate at which things get covered is not constant at every locale, dinkwad. Nor is the type or size of the particles settling on the object (dead plant or animal).
Birds and fish ARE animals.

Scientists decide similarity based on DNA not physical composition. And clouds are not living things and do not have DNA. Therefore clouds do not share a common ancestor with watermelons and jellyfish. Watermelons and jellyfish do share a common ancestor, but it's not because they are both made mostly of water.
You fucking fail at science. Get thee to a science classroom.

Well a watermelon and a jellyfish did come from the same ancester.
Our own DNA is almost 50% the same as a banana.
Too bad this goober doesn't realize that DNA and water are two totally different things.

*Actually, fossilization occurs very quickly, under very specific conditions. That's why we don't have a fossil of every single thing that ever died. You should have paid attention in science class.

Uhm... YES THEY DID DECAY, THAT'S WHY WE ONLY SEE THEIR BONES!!
Yes, of course water mellons and clouds came from the same ancestors. One day a river and an ocean fell in love and they gave birth to coke bottles, water mellons, clouds and swimming pools.
If they formed into fossils, they were covered quickly and was kept from decaying somehow. A very small percentage of lifeforms form into fossils, most just rot away.
A cloud is not a species, it doesn't reproduce. The water melon and the jelly fish do come from the same ancestor, way, way back.
Most lifeforms are similar; the take in energy, they spend energy, they form seed of some sort that they mix with other seed to produce offspring. Seeing, walking, breathing works similarly in all mammals.
