Some things are just that....a theory. Scientific evidence or proving a theory into a fact by repeated experimentation can not be done on subjects like this. Therefore, they will always remain in the realm of ideology and conjecture. Simply, one cannot prove the big bang theory as it violates the first and second laws of thermodynamics. One cannot prove the dwarfs are a separate species either. Evolution states that man came from monkeys, but there are still monkeys around and they have not changed since.
Actually, some people do come from monkeys however....I have seen the results in some folks and how they think, and they may have a point in this one.

I think I just died a little inside.
"Evolution states that man came from monkeys, but there are still monkeys around"
I refuse to have a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent.
So many, varied and interesting FAILURES!
1) Theory != uncertainty.
2) Repeated experimentation IS science.
3) "ideology and conjecture", now doesn't that sound familiar?
4) 1st and 2nd laws of thermodynamics... do us all a favour (yourself included) and do some motherfucking research so you can get a clue on how hackneyed and discredited this tired old line is.
5) Monkeys still in existence? EVOLUTION DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY.
In fact, <insert subject matter that fundies don't grasp> DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY!
Jesus H. McFuckin' Christ on a pogo stick. FAIL!!!!!!!
Shut up moron, go sit in a corner with a dunce cap, or alternately, take advantage of the very cheap education that you can provide yourself with in our 'horribly repressive society'.
'one cannot prove the big bang theory as it violates the first and second laws of thermodynamics'
Jesus - they can't even get their lies right! It's evilution that violates the 2nd law, not cosmology (in their fundie dreams)
"one cannot prove the big bang theory as it violates the first and second laws of thermodynamics"
You're wrong but nobody cares as we already know that Newtonian physics breaks down in the conditions of the Big Bang so it's not violating the laws, the laws just don't apply. If you need an analogy your tiny brain can handle - I can't violate Jaywalking laws, as they do not apply here in Britain.
"Simply, one cannot prove the big bang theory as it violates the first and second laws of thermodynamics."
No it doesn't. Do you even know what the first and second laws of thermodynamics *are*? The first states that the amount of energy in the universe is a constant, a fact actually used to derive many of the conclusions of Big Bang theory, and the second is the definition of temperature and entropy which are of no relevance here.

None of them have ever been able to explain which part of the evolutionary process involves the spontaneous transfer of heat from an object of temperature T1 to one of temperature T2, where T2 > T1. Funny that.
You guys just keep multiplying!!
1) Evolution does not work that way
2) Theory means something different from what you claim
3) Exactly how does the big bang violate the laws of THERMODYNAMICS?
4) Why can't we prove H. floresiensis is a new species? (If you could state the objections actual scientists have, I'll be satisfied, but I know you won't.)
For those of us playing the FSTDT drinking game:

Did I miss anything? hic
Even if man evolved from modern monkeys there would still be monkeys. Humans evolved from an apelike ancestor along with chimps, gorrillas , orangutans and I think Bonobos. Different branches at different times.
Science like forensics can study what is left and make deductions about what may have happened.
First and second laws of thermodynamics ? well no.
Here's an idea; if you want to argue about the scientific method, why not first learn what the scientific method is?
It's not a scientific theory until it has been proven with evidence and repeated experimentation, until then it's called a hypothesis.
Man shares a common ancestor with monkeys, they are just as evolved as we are. That common ancestor is not around any more. Both monkeys and man have changed very much during the millions of years since we diverged into separate species.
Homo floresiensis, that's me; I love flowers! (Just kidding...)
"Evolution states"
No, it doesn't, liar.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
