Isn't it odd that American symbols/icons that represent America should be unrinated and deficated on as acceptable, and even burned to show offense of the same, BUT Americans must/have to be respectful of the Koran and Islamic customs ? Seems we must accept disrespect to America and its Judeo-Christian heritage, but must respect Islam that hates us. Is this just a indication of a self-loatheing society like the time of Rehoboam ? God WAS NOT AMUSED.

I suppose ONEGod believes in the trinity, making his credibility in religious matters zero.
By the way, if you had attended Grammar School beyond the second grade, you would be able to build a cohesive sentence. As written, your "sentence" is almost indecipherable.
Dickweed!
You're about as sharp as a watermellon in peak ripeness, aren't you?
What you're blathering about is allowing people the right to burn the flag. And guess what? They should have that right. Free speech. So long as they own the flag and are burning it in a safe manner, what's the problem?
I don't think anyone said we should pass a Constitutional Amendment to make Koran defiling illegal. I just thought the soldiers acted with repulsive indifference to their prisoners' faith, and I thought it was even lower that they should do it in such a manner that the offended can't stand up for themselves. When was the last time somebody threw Christians in jail with no charges and peed on Bibles?
But I'm not asking for the American soldiers to be prosecuted it. After Abu Ghraib, there are plenty of other things we can throw the book at them for.
I think the point is that representatives of our government, including soldiers, should display at least minimal respect for the Koran and Islam. Those over-seas who are showing overt disrespect for the icons of America are not generally representatives of a government.
I do not give a damn what you believe your "God" does or does not find amusing.
"Isn't it odd that American symbols/icons that represent America should be unrinated and deficated on as acceptable.."
Just say 'number 1' or 'number 2' if you are unable to spell the words, mkay? Let's keep this in perspective; because we are a free country, we are free to burn the U.S. flag, no matter how disgusting that sounds to you. Having the freedom to do it, whether that strikes your fancy or not, is a good thing. Not having the choice, no matter what your personal opinion, is a bad thing. This is not the same as a christian country disrespecting the entire islam nation by defiling their holy book. Aside from the flag I don't know what symbols/icons you are talking about. Think of it this way; you have the freedom to pluck your nose out of the bible and read other literature, expand your mind and do some thinking of the mysteries of life. You are opting not to. Let freedom ring.
I gave this a 1 because ONEGod is right here :P
The South Park episode "Cartoon Wars Part II" was a good example of this: they showed George Bush and Jesus Christ shitting on each other and the american flag... but in the same episode, Comedy Central wouldn't allow them to show Mohammed handing Peter Griffin (from Family Guy) a helmet with a fish on it.
What about an administration, supported by the various fundie groups, that allowed and condoned the goings-on at Abu Ghraib (until it leaked out, of course, then they scape-goated a couple lowly privates to use as an 'example')as well as the continuing horror show at Guantanamo Bay?
In my opinion, actions like those defile the already highly degraded image of the United States of America a whole hell of a lot more than burning the flag.
And just how many times have you seen anyone burn a flag anyway, you twat?
<<< Seems we must accept disrespect to America >>>
Yeah, that's the beauty of free speech. Personally, I wouldn't burn the flag (at least not while we still hold on to some of our founding values - let's be fair, America ain't perfect, but it's definitely on the short list of places it doesn't completely suck to live in), but I will defend the rights of those who would even while I disagree with their action.
<<< and its Judeo-Christian heritage, >>>
Newsflash: Most of the Founding Fathers were deists. They made it painfully clear that this is not, and never was, a "Christian nation".
<<< but must respect Islam that hates us. >>>
"Islam" doesn't hate us. *Some* Muslims do ... and even then, unless and until they plan to actually act on that hate, that is their right. (Of course, once they try to attack us, all bets are off.)
Let's be real here.
If "American symbols/icons that represent America should be unrinated and deficated on " was happening, right-wing bullshit Foxnews would never shut up about it. In fact they've made claims like this that have never happened.
You're a puppet of the dumbest goverment and philophosy that has ever existed outside actual religion. People are lying to you.
When dealing with the insane, it's best to neither be provoked by them nor provoke them. The insane muslims that you'd piss off would likely attempt an attack. Besides, if you look at old U.S. foreign policy, they're probably justified for being a bit cross with us.
Confused?
