Yes this is correct he did say this, and it is quite accurate. There are people in any organization who are there just for the power trip it gives them, this is covers everything from high school clubs to the police (like city Police not the band).
Likewise there are people who are tempted to use their influence for their own gains... I'm glad we're making a lot of sense here, realizing that this guy is a scumbag and not what he seems.
.....and we can probably lay a lot the blame on secular humanism working it's way thru society!!

Really don't get where getting girls drunk, and having sex with them figures in there.
But, anyway... the age of consent has nothing to do with what it sounds like is going on here. That's a man purposly imparing the judgement of a young girl and using his influence over her to get what he wants. That's just scumball-ish no matter who does it. But please place the blame where it's deserved on the scumball.
