I gave my 9 year old grandson a coin yesterday that has the 10 commandments (Way of the Master coin) on it and was explaining what was said on both sides to him. He has been raised Catholic, so like the good grandmother I am (lol) I was trying to teach him the Truth.
He told me, and I couldn't believe it when I heard it, had to have him repeat it several times, but he stated he has been taught that Jesus Christ and Satan were brothers...and Satan was the "bad" brother and had to be punished. I about fainted.
Deception/Delusion is not limited to adults, but to our children also. We really have to be stead fast and grounded in our Faith and Word of God to counteract this horrible deception being perpetuated on a world that is so oblivious to the facts and Truth of God.

your kid's a bit slow. it's not that he hasn't been taught the "truth," it's that he can't comprehend it. also, being as you think we are all children of gawd, shouldn't the angels (even the former angels) also be children of gawd? so lucifer really is jesus' brother.

Oh and that teaching is definitely Mormon. Most of those folks are way more tolerant than assholes like you, so I don't care what they believe. I have Mormon friends, but no Rapturite friends. Wonder why.

Maybe they way to truely good Grandmother is to learn about Catholics and maybe find they do teach the gospel and the Ten Commandments and on a Sunday Mass they have four bible readings, plus the Nicene Creed,plus The Lord's Prayer and some have Sunday School too. Trust me he will know the bible pretty well.

Jesus and Satan are ... fictional characters. They don't exist in reality. Your Ten Commandments are completely outdated and totally useless for the 21st century. Faith is not the most important thing, quite the contrary: Faith is worthless. Your "Word of God" was written by humans, and no one else.
