Think about this 1 clearly. TL is saying that the time spent playing WoW is wasted, and that this time could be better spent on the RR forums.
I played and enjoy WoW, and yes, it's a time waster, but all video games are time wasters.
WoW is only addictive to the kinds of people who want to make it that way. It's not as if there's something in the game that affects your physiology differently than how other video games affect it, which is not at all. The kinds of people who play WoW obsessively would be doing something else obsessively if they weren't playing WoW.
I don't even play it, but I think it's odd how WoW is the only video game that gets singled out as an addiction, not only by fundies but also by some "sensible" people here. Is there suddenly cocaine on the CD's that I just haven't noticed? People can play any video game, or do anything, so often that it negatively impacts other aspects of their life, but why blame the video game and not the fact that the person was too much of an idiot to balance his time properly?
On this board, collecting quotes for the fine pplz at FSTDT to maintain their daily required intake of lulz.
Actually talking on that board as a fundie is a greater waste of time than those parts in Family Guy where they make a ridiculous comparison and show a clip of that situation.

It's not really the game itself, most gamers sadly don't think it as a game.
Thus, typical superiority complexes show up. Everyone is trying to be better than one another, spending days grinding the game just to show off in a game over the internets and I mean, in unhealthy ways.
It's just sad really.
You are doing it wrong. You should abbandon RR and join WoW. You could even become Holy Warriors of the Eternal Light (Paladins) or the Channelers of Gods Faith (Priests). And you could engage in PvP against Warlocks, Mages and Undead (Forsaken) 24/7!!! And...the possibilities are just endless.
