I deleted an earlier tweet about New York city councilman Yusef Salaam because I think additional details and context are warranted.

Many people, even on the right, think the Central Park Five case is a story of five completely innocent men, railroaded at random by a racist justice system, who have now been fully and totally exonerated beyond doubt. This is not true and I’ll explain why.

I said Salaam once “took part in a gruesome gang rape,” but did not elaborate. I should have said "Yusef Salaam once confessed to participating in a gang rape. In this confession, Salaam admitted to beating jogger Trisha Meili twice with a metal pipe, and to groping her breasts while others raped her.” I should have mentioned that along with being raped, Meili was beaten so badly that her eye socket was crushed and her brain was severely damaged.

New York City councilman Yusuf Salaam, who once took part in the gruesome gang rape of a jogger in Central Park, is now furious that an NYPD officer dared to pull him over for having illegally tinted windows. The UN Charter has a clause about right to self-determination and that applies as much to the people of the DPR and LPR who want freedom from Kyiv's tyranny as it does to anyone else. The Budapest Memorandum clause 2 indicates that use of weaponry against Ukraine by Russia is permissible if it is in accordance with the UN Charter which as I have just established is interpretable and justifiable from the Russian perspective.

Ukraine terminated the 1997 agreement ITSELF after VIOLATING IT THROUGH THE DEPRIVATION OF DONBAS CIVILIANS' HUMAN RIGHTS so Ukraine is entirely to blame for the violation of the 1997 treaty and you have NO argument on that one whatsoever.

The 2003 treaty pertaining to the Sea of Azov is perhaps the ONLY actual point you have and it is also the LEAST significant of all the treaties in your little list.

Ukraine violated the spirit of Minsk 1 and 2 through its refusal to relinquish areas of Donetsk to the semi-autonomous governance of the DPR or demilitarize the area resulting in the DPR resuming hostilities. The DPR is not Russia, they are ethnic Russian UKRAINIAN CIVILIANS so the idea that "Russia" violated Minsk is simply ludicrous even if you were to make the FALSE claim that the DPR violated the agreement first.

Wildly popular podcaster Joe Rogan once again pushed the baseless conspiracy theory that the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection was a false flag orchestrated by the federal government, adding that pro-Trump rioter Ray Epps “clearly instigated” the attack.

“The Jan. 6 thing is bad, but also, the intelligence agencies were involved in provoking people into the Capitol Building. That’s a fact,” Rogan proclaimed before invoking Epps’ supposed involvement in pushing rioters to attack the Capitol.

While calling it a “fact” that the federal government utilized “agent provocateurs” on Jan. 6 while citing Epps, he also asserted that he still doesn’t know if Epps was actually working with the FBI. Instead, he was merely asking questions and noting other people seemed to believe that Epps was an undercover agent.

“I don’t know, but I do know that every other, I think that every other person who was involved in Jan. 6, who was involved in coordinating a break-in into the Capitol and then instigating people, they were all arrested,” he insisted. “This guy wasn’t. Not only that, but they were defending him in The New York Times, The Washington Post, all these different things saying Fox News has unjustly accused him of instigating when he clearly instigated, he did it on camera. I don’t know if he was a fed. I know a lot of people think he was a fed.”

According to Rogan, the reason why the intelligence community was so determined to frame Trump during the Jan. 6 riots—a protest to stop the 2020 presidential election from being certified—was due to the ex-president’s hatred of the so-called “deep state.”

“Trump was very open about his disdain for the intelligence agencies,” Rogan said. “Throughout history, people of unchecked power and unchecked influence have enemies, and Trump was their enemy.”
