Mr. Hovind is not a criminal. There are people running this nation that have done much worse things than Kent Hovind would ever consider doing. Mr. Hovind puts Christ 1st in everything he does so it is impossible for him to be guilty of what he has been accused.
Dr. Kent Hovind has been sent by God to bring millions of people to Jesus, to make the world we live in a better place, and to expose the tyranny and evils of our current government, and he has done just that. Dr. Hovind is one of the most brilliant minds of the past century and the only reason he is in prison is because the government feared him. He should be the president of the United States and Obama should be hung before the nation for his treasonous actions. God bless Dr. Hovind and his family. I am an avid supporter of Hovind and his ministries. I also believe the counts on which he was charged are without base, that the income tax itself was never established as an actual law, and none will find it anywhere. You can ask a judge, IRS officials, any law-enforcement officer, or anyone at all and they will not be able to show you the law, because it DOESN'T EXIST. Watch "America: Freedom to Fascism" to discover the real truth behind Hovind's main alleged "crime": income tax. And even then, his ministry was a church, and all money in was considered "gifts" from supporters, so technically, even if the income tax was actually a lawful tax, Hovind still wouldn't be violating any principles this law lays down. The only reason anyone discovered his actions was Beka Horton, who hated him for exposing Pensacola Christian College as a... to put it lightly, an unfriendly school regarding security and inside sourcing (spying). She blew the whistle on him out of spite, and she'll be answering to God for what she did, putting an innocent man in jail where he doesn't belong.
This was a ploy to shut Hovind up. He was on to something and THEY KNEW IT.. If men were to realize they were NOT monkeys by accident, but rather were subject to an Almighty God who gave them unalienable rights, then this would pee in the cheerios of any Darwinistic/Marxist government that would try to oppress them or control them. love this man. His life alone is evidence of his innocence. Judges commonly use a person's prior record as proof of intent. I ask that the judge look at his record and see if there is anything that would suggest this man would willingly break a law. Also there are countless men that have been convicted of much worse crimes and received a much lighter sentence. This is ridiculous! Free Hovind! He is innocent.

I am a scientist that has been studying chemistry for six years. I have studied Kent Hovinds ministry for 4 years and feel though he is a man of great knowledge, integrity and wisdom.
If our Government was founded upon Christian principles, why cant the men of God in office do something about this persecution that is taking place. God Bless Kent Hovind for standing for truth and not letting persecution swade his ways or views!!!

This is completely horrifying! Where is the justice. The government can sentence a child molester to a 22 dollar fine but puts a christian that has offered to pay the taxes back in prison for 10 years!!!
I am an American living abroad and have looked into the case a little and it doe not take much understanding to see that what Kent did was not wrong, especially when he tried on many occasions to make sure he was doing what was right. All you fools who think he should rot in jail better think about your own God given rights and your futures. Even if Kent did "break a law" doe that mean the law i just. Example: Imagine the government makes a law that says you are not allowed to eat anymore, would you sheeple just fall in line or do what you could to continue your life? Anyway I will pray for you, and remember "ever knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is lord". Its just a matter of time.
Please note that Hovind did not break the law. He was charged with "structuring" his financial withdrawals in such a way as to "evade" the law requiring reporting of transactions of over $10,000.
Suppose you were pulled over for going 55 miles and hour in a 55 zone. The officer says, "I have clocked you everyday for a month going 55, so I am stopping you for speeding. I know you were purposely going 55 to avoid going over the speed limit. So since you were "structuring" your driving habits to deliberately "evade" the speeding regulations, I am going to give you a ticket."

It's so sad to know Dr. Kent Hovind is in jail. He stood up for his beliefs and that alone is admirable. Satan, which runs the United States & the world, hates Kent because he is waking up so many people to the lies of evolution and bringing people to Christ. Kent taught about the New World Order and secret societies, topics the elite government don't want you to know about.
