As long as its not child abuse ,it may be to discipline (if I spelled that word right?)them... What wrong with casting out demons? Demon possession is a very serious thing. The plucking out the eyes pleez tell me where in the Bible you got this from... in the Middle east if you steal sumthin (or the way they used to do it or sumthin I'm not sure) that watever hand you stole it with would have to be cut off or sumthin. Doing that might teach you not to steal again. i don't know If I exactly agree with it but I might be guessing if sumone got their hand cut off from stealing sumthin I'm guessing they probably wouldn't steal again.
