Thats a promise from JESUS if you are ever saved and go to heaven, you will never know or remember the ones you loved. JESUS said he will wipe all tears from our eyes and they will be no more saddness only peace and paradise. You see if we remembered our loved ones we could not be happy even in paradise, so JESUS takes that away from our rememberance.

But when relatives die, the common comforting factor at the funeral is that we will see them again in Heaven. If what you're saying is true, then Heaven without my family doesn't sound like Heaven to me.
This claim is the only way out of the dilemma fundies have, if someone asks them if people in heaven won´t be very sad because they know that their relatives (who didn´t accept Jesus during their lifetime) are suffering in hell.
Of course this doesn´t make any more sense then the other things, fundies believein

Actually this is what the bible says, all the bullshit about family and pets and being just like the trailer park back home is just that, bullshit.
According to the bible, you'll do nothing in heaven but sit around kissing gods ass praising god.
So Jesus now has the bottling rights to the waters of the River Lethe, which in Greek Mythology, erased the memories of the newly arrived in Hades, I take it...?
